Revd Simon Cragg, Senior Minister
Simon joined St A's as Minister from March 2025.
Simon was brought up in Cambridge, and attended St A’s as a child. A sense of calling into ministry led him to study at London School of Theology, before ministering at churches in Tunbridge Wells, Bromley, and then Welwyn Garden City. He’s delighted to be back in Cambridge and being a part of a church that has had such an impact on his life. He gets excited when people with no connection to church take steps towards God, and is passionate about communicating the good news of Jesus in creative ways.
Simon is married to Sam, who is also from Cambridge, and they have 3 children. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, songwriting, and watching his beloved Cambridge United. At weekends, he also sings and plays guitar, either as a solo performer, or as part of his wedding and party band
